Voluntas Customer Feedback Survey

At Karbon we are keen to deliver the best possible service to our residents.

To help us do this we are working with a market research company called Voluntas.

Voluntas may contact you to find out what you think of us. They will ask questions around how you think we are doing as a landlord or about the services we provide you. If you get a call, it will be from a Birmingham area code – 0121 314 0265.

Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary, but we do encourage you to give us your feedback so that we can use the results to improve the services that we provide.

As a thank you to residents who complete the survey, you will be asked if you would like to be entered into a free prize draw, with three lucky winners receiving £50 of shopping vouchers!

Voluntas will be calling a sample of residents between 6th and 17th November. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The responses from the survey will not be shared with any other organisation or used for marketing purposes. The responses are treated in the strictest of confidence and responses will be treated anonymously.


What is Voluntas?

Voluntas currently complete all transactional (e.g. repairs, gas servicing, adaptations) telephone surveys on our behalf (former Isos Group only). They have also completed former Isos’ previous STAR surveys (bi-annual large-scale survey).

Voluntas Market Research is a member of the Market Research Society, so they are bound under a strict code of conduct. Voluntas won’t ever ask for personal information, ask for financial information or try to sell anything.
