We’re proud to announce that from today, you can now book a repair and for some repairs, you can choose a time that suits you in a matter of minutes – all without having to pick up the phone. The new ‘Request a repair’ functionality is easy to use and will work from your mobile, tablet or computer.
Here are the steps to follow if you prefer written instructions:
Log in to your MyKarbon account
Click on ‘Request a repair’
Double-check your contact details – it’s important so we can confirm the repair booking and we can text reminders to you too
Tell us a bit about the problem you’re having by selecting by clicking on the repair type boxes and add any additional details about the repair and our visit
If your repair is suitable for online booking, you’ll then be asked to choose a day and time that works best for you
You'll then get an email or text confirmation, depending on your preferred contact method, with the details of your repair appointment
We’re here to help from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday but MyKarbon allows you to do most things online, quickly whenever you need to. Saving you a call to us and helping you to manage your home and tenancy with ease.
