Engage Awards 2020

Karbon is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the Engage Awards 2020 under the category ‘Best Employee Support Strategy During a Crisis’.

This award will go to the organisation that has introduced an organisation-wide strategy to support employees at every level throughout the Coronavirus crisis. The environment that has been created will be one that values and takes care of employees regardless of physical location. As a result, our strategies will have allowed us to engage better and retain staff and must be measurable, showing a positive contribution to the organisation.

This year the Engage Awards had a record number of entries across 19 categories. Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Workforce and Workplace Transformation and Innovation, Technology and Integration are all categories for this year’s run up.

2020 also saw the release of categories focusing on customer and employee strategies during a crisis, which gave organisations the opportunity to recognise the teams behind some amazing initiatives during such extraordinary times.

Roger Tilling will be the host for the evening of the ceremony. You may recognise his voice from University Challenge, Family Fortunes, the Royal Variety Show and a variety of national television adverts.

The Engage Awards Final will take place at a virtual ceremony on Thursday 3^rd December.
