Our latest apprenticeship positions are here!

We're delighted to reveal our six apprenticeships positions for 2021, with applications opening in just a few weeks times.

This years’ apprenticeship positions, within our Grounds Maintenance and Support Services teams, are exclusively available to those living in Karbon or Byker Community Trust households.

The roles are suitable for candidates of all ages and provide a chance to study whilst gaining valuable experience within our fast-paced organisation that is constantly growing and changing. 

With salaries starting at £12,750 for 16-18 year olds, £15,315 for 19-24 year olds, and £16,330 for 25+, successful candidates will be paid well above the apprentice minimum wage.

The roles also comes with a number of other benefits, including 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday leave, an attractive company pension scheme, and a comprehensive training plan, on completion of which they will gain a nationally recognised qualification.

In line with Karbon’s vision to help customers lead successful, independent lives, the decision has been made to keep the positions exclusively available to those living in a Karbon or Byker Community Trust household.

We will then get you booked in for an appointment with an Employment Adviser from our Foundations for Life team, who will talk you through the process and help you to complete the application.

Appointments will be booked in on weekdays in office hours between the 2nd - 13th November
