Welcome to another special edition of At home with Karbon customer magazine.

Edition 7 is again a special edition to help customers impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. There’s everything from activities to try at home, to help for those furloughed or struggling financially. If you’re unsure how we’re operating at the moment you’ll find some handy FAQs explaining our adapted service and extra safety measures on page 2.

We’ve been amazed by everyone efforts to help each other during lockdown, and page 4 shines a spotlight on just some of you lockdown heroes. We’re also launching new features in the Mykarbon app, making a payment or booking a repair is now even easier; checkout page 14 for a helpful step by step guide.
