Don't fall victim to fraud

We’ve been made aware of some scam calls to our customers.

The scammers called a customer and demanded payment via a cash drop off or private bank transfer for false rent arrears.

If in doubt, always put the phone down and call us back on 0808 164 0111. You can then speak to an advisor to explain what has happened or select our automated payment line and check your balance if you want to know what it is.

Please remember:

  • We’d never ask customers to drop off any cash. Cash payments can be made by customers but only by using their Allpay swipe card and paying at their local Post Office or PayPoint
  • If you think it’s a scam, put the phone down immediately and call us on our freephone number 0808 164 0111
  • If you receive a text or email that seems suspicious, do not click any links you do not recognise
  • Door knocking – if we call, we’ll always have ID. Ask to see it.
