Did you know you can now book repairs to your home from your phone, tablet or PC? Wendy Graham, Assistant Director Customer Services and Operations, tells us more.

Being able to access the services you need at your fingertips is more important than ever before.

We’ve been working hard to adapt the ways that we work at Karbon to make sure our colleagues and you, our customers, are safe in your homes. Our online customer portal, MyKarbon, is just one
of the ways we hope will help us to deliver a better customer experience to you – now and for the rest of your tenancy.

Some of the new developments to the system mean that you can now make a payment, check your rent statements, and, most importantly, book a repair slot that works for you and your daily schedule.

The best thing about registering is that you can log in from the comfort of your home, at a time and using technology that suits you best. With most users logging in via their mobile, we’ve made sure that MyKarbon works fully on all smart phones, tablets and PCs.

Q: I don't like giving my details out online, is it safe?

A: Don’t worry, we’ve made sure that MyKarbon is a safe, secure and easy way to manage your tenancy online. There has been over 30,000 transactions carried out via the portal this year. As well as getting in touch with us, you can also keep your personal details up to date with just a couple of clicks – meaning you’ll not miss any important messages or customer alerts that relate to your tenancy.

Q: Does it take ages to sign up?

A: We’ve made it quick and easy to sign up. All you’ll need is a little bit of information that includes:

  • Your name 
  • Your date of birth 
  • Your tenancy number (you can find this on your rent statement or any letter we’ve sent you)
  • An active email address

Q: Can anyone have an account?

A: If you’re a Karbon customer and are named on a tenancy, then yes!


  • Over 5,000 of our customers already have a MyKarbon account
  • Average number of logins per month: 7,500
  • 70% of MyKarbon users access their account on their mobile
  • 44% of our logins are over 45 years old
