Key appointments help support the delivery of our strategic plan

Recently we’ve made two new senior appointments to help push forward with the delivery of our five-year strategic plan.

Jonathan Fletcher has been appointed as Director of Pre-Tenancy and Property Services and Andy Kennedy as Assistant Director of Customer and Building Safety.

The roles are key in delivering two of our key strategic aims, to provide as many good quality homes as we can and to deliver an excellent service to our customers.

Formerly our Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs and Voids, Jonathan has a wealth of experience in property maintenance and support services.

Speaking about his appointment, Jonathan said: “I am really looking forward to this new challenge within Karbon. It’s an exciting time for the organisation, having just refreshed our Stronger Foundations Strategy, and I hope to play a key role in delivering our strategic aims and helping provide customers with a strong foundation for life.”

Andy Kennedy has stepped into the newly created role within our senior management structure, after four years as our Head of Compliance.

The new role is in response to our continued investment in customer and building safety, going above and beyond to ensure customers are as safe as they can be in their homes.

Ian Johnson, Executive Director of Customer services, said: “Both Jonathan and Andy have played vital roles in ensuring our property services offer is top class and I’m pleased to see them step into these important positions within the organisation.

“These new appointments show Karbon’s commitment to providing customers with the highest quality homes and services and I look forward to working alongside them both to build on the brilliant work that’s already happening in this area of the organisation.”
