If you have been referred to us by our Customer Accounts Team, some information about your circumstances may be shared with them to help you keep your tenancy if you have rent arrears. If we need to make a referral outside of Karbon Homes or to discuss your case with a third party, we won't do this without discussing it with you first and gaining your consent.

The Money Advisor Network allows you access to free, confidential, and independent debt advice. The network brings together some of the country’s best known debt advice providers to help you understand your financial situation, create a personalised budget and draw up a practical action plan to help you back on track.

Money advice complaints

If you are not happy with the service we provide, please tell us and we will register your complaint


If you are not happy with our final response you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The service provides a free, independent service for clients to solve disputes with not-for-profit debt advice providers.

The Financial Ombudsman Service will only step in once Karbon Homes has had the opportunity to investigate matters, so please contact us first.
