Temporary closure of our Morpeth office

Thursday, 26th September 2019

Karbon’s Morpeth office in Owen House, Sanderson Arcade, will be temporarily closing for refurbishment works between Thursday 3 October and January 2020.

We are remodelling and refreshing the space to make it more suited to customer and employee needs whilst remaining in an accessible, central location within the town.

To help those who often visit the office, here’s a breakdown of the alternative ways you can get in touch with us during our office closure:

By Telephone: You can call our main Customer Relations Team on 0808 164 0111 Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm for all general enquiries and to book repairs, they’ll be happy to advise you and organise appointments by phone. The team can also put you in touch with your local Housing Officer, if you’d like to speak to them directly.

If you have an emergency repair and need assistance before 8.30am, after 5pm or at the weekend, please call the same telephone number. A member of our Out of Hours Customer Relations Team will advise you – please note, this team will be unable to assist with general enquiries.

By Email: You can email our Customer Relations Team on info@karbonhomes.co.uk for all general enquiries and to request repairs. The team can also put you in touch with your local Housing Officer, if you’d like to speak to them directly.

By Letter: You can write to our Customer Relations Team at Number 5, Gosforth Park Avenue, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8EG

In Person: Even though the office will be closed, you can still see us face to face, whether that’s to organise a key drop off or collection, or to talk to us about your tenancy – we’d be more than happy to organise for your local housing officer to come and visit you at home or somewhere convenient in Morpeth. Simply contact us by one of the above methods to arrange a time and date that is convenient and your local housing officer will pop by.

We’re sorry that the office will be closed for this short time, but we hope that the work we’re doing will have a positive impact for all our Morpeth residents when visiting us in future. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back when we re-open in January.
