Each building boasts spacious apartments offering the opportunity for independent living within a safe and friendly scheme.

Both schemes have their own social events agenda, and when possible have regular cards’ afternoons or bingo nights. What we love about Vicarage Court and Lonsdale Court is the choice we are able to offer to you! You are able to meet up and chat with other residents in the communal spaces or have some quiet time to themselves within your own flat.

There are communal spaces available for tenants to socialise in which are warm and inviting without having to leave the block. Communal laundry facilities with dryers and bin shoots prevent then need to go outside in the cold weather also. 

Externally there are shared garden spaces. Residents can be allocated a patch to maintain and garden if they wish to do so, or can simply sit out and enjoy the sunshine. We've also recently installed scooter-huts, where residents can park and charge electronic scooters, keeping them safe and dry.

The schemes are back to back and located within close proximity to supermarkets and local transport links.
