The people who live in our houses are at the heart of Karbon – we couldn’t do what we do without our residents, so we want them to have a hand in shaping our future.

We're improving our resident involvement services

Our Customer Committee will put customers at the heart of how we are managed, working alongside the Boards and Committees to represent your views. They will provide a key role in improving your experience of services to ensure that they are well managed and deliver value for money.

Understanding our communities and working with local people remains essential in delivering local offers and we will develop our current local scrutiny groups to help us monitor and review local services.

We want to make it easy for you to get your views and suggestions heard. To do this we want to improve the way we communicate digitally which will form a major part of our new engagement model. This will provide a wide-reaching and accessible way to consult and inform residents. We already have lots of residents who engage with us through digital channels such as surveys and social media, and we would love to expand on this to increase our customer engagement.

We would love to hear from you if you would like to get involved and help us deliver services we can all be proud of. We know that involving the people who receive services is a proven and sound way to bring in a new challenge as to how we can refine, rethink or be more efficient in how we deliver services.

If you are interested in getting involved, contact us and ask to speak to the community involvement team.
