Welcome to the latest Take Five newsletter.

As the cold weather continues, we’re sharing ways to help you keep warm and manage energy costs, including practical tips and details of the support available if you need it.

In this edition, we’re also pleased to introduce our new Welcome Guide – a handy customer handbook packed with tips for living well in your home, information about our services and all the ways you can get in touch. This includes our brand‑new Karbon app giving you quicker, more convenient ways to contact us alongside our usual channels.

For our leaseholders and shared owners, we’ve continued to build on your feedback by improving and continuously developing the information we share, making it even more tailored and relevant to you.

You’ll also find an update on the tree surveys we’re carrying out across our communities to help keep outdoor spaces safe, healthy and well maintained.

I hope you enjoy reading this edition.

Thank you.

Feedback from our customers is very important to us, with customer care and satisfaction at the heart of what we do.

It’s also important that similar organisations to us gather the same feedback. The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) uses Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to asses if social landlords in England are doing their job right.

The RSH asks us to measure this performance as Karbon Group, this includes Karbon Homes and subsidiaries 54North Homes and Leazes Homes.

We’re continuing to learn from our results, and you can find out more here about what we’ve been working on so far.
