I hope you’re well.

Providing our customers with well-maintained homes and good quality services is a priority for us.

We know some of you have had to wait longer than we’d like for a repair. However, I’m pleased to say that throughout the year, our repairs backlog has continued to reduce. We hope you’ve been able to experience a quick response to any issues you have had.

We know there’s still much room for improvement and are continuing to clear the backlog, and we thank you for your patience whilst we do so.

You can report your repairs easily via:

  • Calling our freephone number: 0808 164 0111.

We hope that all our customers are enjoying the start of summer. Often the longer days can lead to an increase in anti-social behaviour. If you do unfortunately experience anti-social behaviour, please report it to us. Ensuring the safety of our communities is of great importance. For every neighbourhood where our customers live, we have a dedicated team who work alongside the police to help keep you safe. You can find further information on our website here.

In this editions Tenant Satisfaction Measures feature, we’re sharing our latest results for 2024/2025.

We’ve also got the latest information on our upcoming new homes developments, latest job opportunities and how we’re learning from complaints to create positive, impactful change for our customers.

Take care and I hope you enjoy our latest edition of Take Five,

Ian

New affordable homes

Take a look at our new affordable homes here.

Feedback from our customers is very important to us, with customer care and satisfaction at the heart of what we do.

It’s also important that similar organisations to us gather the same feedback.

Last year, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) created a new way to assess if social landlords in England are doing their job right, called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).

The RSH asks us to measure this performance as Karbon Group, this includes Karbon Homes and subsidiaries 54North Homes and Leazes Homes.

Our results for 2024/2025 are now live and you can view them in full here.
