I hope you and your family are well.

As we move into the colder months, and the cost of living continues to impact many people, we wanted to take this opportunity to share information about our Money Matters Team. They’re on hand to provide to advice and support and ensure you’re receiving any benefits you’re entitled to.

We know changes to the Winter Fuel Payment will impact some of our older customers. Our Money Matters Team is available to help address any concerns or questions you may have about the changes and the cost of heating your home this winter. We want to assure you that you’re not alone and support is available.

We’re pleased to also include a feature on the result of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures. These measures have been introduced nationally to understand how social landlords, like us, are performing. Thank you to everyone who has taken part, your feedback has been invaluable and you’re helping to shape our services.

Part of this feedback has been around repairs. We’ve been working hard to tackle outstanding repairs and we’re pleased to say the numbers are steadily reducing. You can report your repairs easily via:

  • Calling our freephone number: 0808 164 0111.

Take care,

 Ian

Ian Johnson, Executive Director of Customer Services

In previous editions of Take Five we’ve explained how the way we report how we’re performing to you, our customers, is changing.

The Regulator of Social Housing has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to assess all social landlord’s performance through customer surveys.
