I hope you and your family are well.

Recently, we have been facing a repairs backlog. This is being steadily reduced, and with the recent improvement in weather, we hope to increase the progress we're making. We want to thank you for your patience whilst we resolve this.

When it comes to reporting your repairs, I’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that the easiest way to do so is through our MyKarbon portal. We recently surpassed 10,000 customer sign ups, and you can read more below about what services the portal offers.

We hope that all our customers are enjoying the start of summer, but often the longer days can lead to an increase in anti-social behaviour. If you do unfortunately experience anti-social behaviour, please report it to us. Ensuring the safety of our communities is of great importance, and for every neighbourhood where our customers live, we have a dedicated team, who work alongside the police, to help keep you safe.

Lastly, In the last edition of Take Five, we explained the way we report how we’re performing to our customers is changing.

Understanding our strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement is crucial for all social housing landlords. The Regulator of Social Housing has introduced TSMs to gauge all social landlord’s performance through customer surveys, and soon we will share our annual results on our website, here in Take Five and future magazine editions.

Take care,

Ian
