We're pleased to share our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measure results with you. These measures hold us accountable for the service we provide you as customers, and whilst in some areas we are performing very well, we know there's always room for improvement. Scroll down to find the results and insight into what changes are already being made to continue to enhance your experience as customers.
Below, you’ll also find a lovely feature on our Holiday Squad sessions. These are funded to give customers’ children fun activities during the school holidays. They help reduce pressure on families at what can be an expensive time, while also supporting parents with childcare.
Our Money Matters service, now celebrating its 20th year, remains a trusted source of friendly, practical advice – but don’t just take our word for it, you can hear from customer Andrea, who has received support from the team throughout her tenancy with Karbon.
Keeping our communities clean and green is hugely important to us, especially when it comes to biodiversity. We want to hear from you about how we can create spaces in and around your homes to help wildlife, plants and trees to thrive.

Feedback from our customers is very important to us, with customer care and satisfaction at the heart of what we do.
It’s also important that similar organisations to us gather the same feedback. The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) uses Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to assess if social landlords in England are doing their job right.
The RSH asks us to measure this performance as Karbon Group, this includes Karbon Homes and subsidiaries 54North Homes and Leazes Homes.
