Climate change and pollution are making a huge impact on wildlife, including declining numbers and habitat loss.
At Karbon, we are doing our bit to help protect nature by increasing the variety of living things (such as plants, animals, fungi and micro organisms) in areas we own and manage. By improving biodiversity, we can support our wildlife and we’re keen to hear from you on how you think we can do this.
We are already considerate of protecting our wildlife, such as only using biodegradable, nonpersistent, low-toxicity products in our grounds maintenance work. We comply with the Wildlife and Countryside Act and protect nests and all other wildlife during the course of this work. But we know we need to do more.
We're looking into making further changes such as planting native plants that can thrive in local ecosystems, but we'd like to hear from you as customers.
Do you have any suggestions you’d like to share with us? If so you can fill out our questionnaire here.
