Understanding our communities and working with locals is essential and we will constantly develop our scrutiny groups to help us monitor and review local services.
We want to make it easy for you to get your views and suggestions heard. To do this we want to improve the way we communicate digitally which will be key in how we interact with you. This will provide a wide-reaching and accessible way to talk to customers. We already have lots of customers who speak to us digitally and we'd love to expand this.
