Holiday Squad

Looking for a great way to keep the kids active through the holidays?

Our Holiday Squad has a great range of free activities for children of primary school age running during the Easter and summer holidays. From sports with Newcastle United Foundation to cooking with Creative Kitchen, arts and crafts with ARTventurers and BIG SCIENCE experiments. there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, we've also got brand new boxing skills for 6 - 15 years olds with Alpha Boxing Gym.

Book your free places here.

SEND/ND sessions

Our Holiday Squad activities include sessions specifically for neurodivergent (ND) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) children. The group is open to children with ND or SEND, including those who are currently awaiting assessment or diagnosis. We provide a supportive, understanding environment where every child is welcomed, valued, and encouraged to thrive - with or without a formal diagnosis. These activities are marked as SEND/ND sessions on our booking page.

These SEND friendly sessions are run by the teams from The HUB Consett and Unite Club.
