To continue living, working, or claiming benefits in the UK from July 2021, you must have applied to the EU Settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021. Remember people of all ages, including children, need to apply.
You may be able to stay in the UK without applying - for example, if you’re an Irish citizen or already have indefinite leave to remain, so double check this.
