At Karbon Homes, we're known for our warmth and inclusive nature. We're passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion but we're by no means finished.
This year, we’re working with the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) to understand how well you feel we promote fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement in our policies and practices. We’ve created a survey with NCFD so that you can share your thoughts with us.
The survey should only take a few minutes to complete, and your feedback will really help us to assess our strengths and areas we could improve, and whether we can be awarded as an inclusive organisation. It’s a chance for you to express your honest opinion regarding your experience.
Any information you provide will remain anonymous and will only be used by the NCFD for the purposes of this research. Our privacy statement can be accessed here.
Please click on the link below to complete the survey. The closing date is Wednesday 20 December.
