We are reviewing our Stronger Foundations Strategy as we prepare for the next five-year period, and we're keen to hear your views to help shape our future priorities.
This is happening at a time of continued challenges facing our sector and customers. It has been, and continues to be, a testing time, so our new strategy will take these challenges into account. We remain focused on ensuring that our customers continue to live in safe, secure and well-maintained homes.
Our priorities will continue to focus on providing good quality homes, delivering great customer service and shaping strong, sustainable places for our communities. What will be slightly different from what has gone before is how we deliver on these priorities.

What we can do differently
What would make your neighbourhood a better place to live
How we can use technology for the benefit of everyone
We are seeking views from our customers, colleagues and stakeholders, and plan to launch and share our refreshed strategy, covering 2027 to 2032, in spring 2027.
