- Over the phone with a credit or debit card, for payments including setting up a direct debit
- To return keys please post to Karbon Homes, Number Five, Gosforth Park Avenue, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8EG. Please ensure your name, tenancy number and contact details are enclosed.
