We know how important it is for you to understand the cost of any home repair up front. That’s why we’ve created a clear, straightforward list of standard charges for common services.
Each rate covers travel, up to one hour of work (unless stated otherwise) and any basic materials. If repairs require additional time to be completed, there will be additional charges. These charges are included in our guide.

Unblock a sink, bath or toilet
Clear a blocked drain during normal hours (weekdays 8am - 6pm)

If clearing a drain takes longer than an hour during normal hours, an additional hourly (or part thereof) rate of £71.10 applies.
Clear a blocked drain outside normal hours (weekdays 6pm - 8am plus weekends)

If extra time is needed outside normal hours, an additional hourly rate of £90.12 applies.
