Confidence and Wellbeing Course

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9.30am–3pm from 4 November

Have you been out of work for a while and want to feel ready to take the next step?

We’ve teamed up with Uplift Associates to put on a 12 session course offering you a gentle introduction to building your confidence, improving your wellbeing and gaining the skills you’ll need for life and work.

During this course, you’ll have the chance to:

• Improve mindset, sleep and stress management
• Build teamwork and communication skills
• Boost confidence and self-esteem
• Try crafts, leisure and fun numeracy activities

By the end you’ll feel more positive, motivated and ready to move on to volunteering, work, or further training.

Participants  must be aged 19+ and will need to attend all sessions.

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are provided.
