Don't fall victim to fraud

We’ve been made aware of some scam calls to our customers.

Customers have informed us they have received phone calls from someone calling about disrepair claims on behalf of Karbon Homes and also calls with callers claiming to be from our legal team.

Please remember:

  • If you are in doubt about a caller or think it’s a scam, put the phone down immediately and call us on our freephone number 0808 164 0111
  • If you receive a text or email that seems suspicious, do not click any links you do not recognise
  • Door knocking – if we call, we’ll always have ID. Ask to see it.
  • If you need to report a case of suspected fraud, you can visit the Action Fraud website and provide the details there. Click here to visit.
