Life-saving defibrillators are being installed on all 38 of Karbon Homes’ over 55s housing schemes across the North East, as the housing association partners with Red Sky Foundation to help save lives in local communities. 

We are delighted that we have once again retained the Better Health at Work Award in recognition of our long-term commitment to workplace health and wellbeing.

Our mental health service delivers flexible, person-centred support to enable people to gain and sustain skills to live a fulfilling, independent life.

Our Athol House development in Ponteland has been selected as a finalist in the North East Property Awards. 

We have deep roots in the town of Stanley, County Durham. Karbon owns and manages one in four homes there, and we are committed to doing all we can to help the town and its people to thrive.
