Affordable housing provider Keelman Homes is teaming up with Northern housing association Karbon Homes to provide value for money tenancy services for its current and future customers through Karbon’s cost sharing vehicle (CSV) Karbon Solutions.
The new partnership will see Karbon deliver all tenancy management services and responsive repairs to over 300 Keelman homes across Gateshead.
Christine Paxton, Assistant Director of Business Development and Communications at Karbon Homes, said:

Karbon Solutions is a cost sharing vehicle which allows organisations like housing associations to benefit from the Cost Sharing Exemption on services by making VAT savings on labour.

In total, Karbon Solutions will now provide services to 9,349 homes .
