This spring we're excited to team up with South Shields FC Foundation to provide some exciting free activities for children aged 1-3 years.
This 16-week project gives parents/carers and their children an opportunity to engage in simple football skills like running, throwing and kicking a ball with South Shields Foundation's qualified staff. It will also give children and parents the chance to meet new people and forge friendships.
The project will be delivered at Harton Westoe Miners Welfare, Low Lane, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE34 0NA.
The sessions will take place on Wednesdays from 9.30 - 10.30am on the following dates (excluding school holidays):
- Wednesday 1 - Wednesday 29 March. (five weeks with a break for the Easter holidays)
- Wednesday 19 April - Wednesday 24 May (six weeks with a break for the Spring holiday)
- Wednesday 7 June - Wednesday 5 July
