We’re excited to launch Step into Driving, a fully funded bus driver training programme – funded by NECA, working in partnership with Durham Learn and DWP.
The programme gives you all the skills you need to become a fully licensed bus driver. Plus, we’ll guarantee you a job interview with local bus operators.
What’s included?
- 30+ hours of guided learning to support passing the full 3-part theory test – all paid for.
- Medical assessment paid for.
- 5 days of practical bus driving training, including the practical driving test.
That means you’ll qualify as a fully licensed bus driver at no cost.
The course takes place at our Stanley Skills Hub.
Places are limited, so early interest is strongly encouraged.
