We've appointed a new Executive Director

We're pleased to announce we have appointed Sarah Robson to our Executive Team as Executive Director of Development and Asset Management.

Sarah takes up the new role on 1 January, having previously been our Director of Development and Regeneration for the last four years, leading a team responsible for developing new homes and maintaining our existing stock.

Sarah has a wealth of experience working across property development, affordable housing and economic development. Prior to working for us, she held high profile roles at a number of local authorities including Durham County Council and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council.

Paul Fiddaman, Group Chief Executive, Karbon Homes, said: “We are delighted to appoint Sarah to our Executive Team. She has led our development and regeneration work over the last four years, including our strategic partnership with Homes England which is delivering 2,200 homes across five years, and our significant investment programme across 34,000 homes.

“Her appointment reflects the importance of this area of work to our organisation and I look forward to working with her to deliver our strategy to provide good quality homes, deliver an excellent customer experience and shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.”

Sarah Robson said: “I am looking forward to taking on my new role at Karbon and contributing further to shaping the future direction of the organisation. Since I joined Karbon four years ago, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wonderful team of colleagues and partners, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to build on the great work we’ve already done together.”
