Direct Debit correspondence

Our Direct Debit provider can now provide all correspondence surrounding Direct Debits to customers by email instead of post.

You will have received an email asking you to verify your email address, this is from Karbon.

We encourage you to verify now, as it means you will know about any changes to your Direct Debit immediately, rather than having to wait for a letter in the post.

If you wish to keep receiving correspondence by post you do not need to do anything.

If you have any queries please speak to your Customer Accounts Officer.
