We’re always working to provide the best service we can for our customers. We know there’s always room for improvement and want to give our customers opportunities to have their say.
Part of the way we can do this is working towards obtaining an ICS (institute of customer services) accreditation. If we achieved this it means we hold a level of service that the organisation has deemed outstanding.
Whilst we have already achieved the accreditation, we always look for ways we can improve and enhance our service.
We would appreciate it if you could take time to fill out the survey and share your thoughts on the service you receive.
The survey will be live in July – please keep an eye out for further information!
