Have your say on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Karbon

At Karbon Homes, we're proud of our warm and inclusive nature and passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion but we know we can always improve. We’ll continue to put diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. 

We’ve teamed up with the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) to understand how well you feel we promote fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement in our policies and practices. We’ve created a survey with NCFD so that you share your thoughts with us.  

The survey should only take a few minutes to complete, and your feedback will really help us to assess our strengths as well as areas where we can improve, and whether we can be awarded as an inclusive organisation. It’s a chance for you to share your honest opinion and have your say.
