We’re always working to provide the best service we can for our customers. We know there’s always room for improvement and want to give our customers opportunities to have their say.
Part of the way we can do this is working towards obtaining an ICS (institute of customer services) accreditation. If we achieved this it means we hold a level of service that the organisation has deemed outstanding.
Whilst we have already achieved the accreditation, we always look for ways we can improve and enhance our service.
We recently sent surveys to some customers, so we can understand your views and experiences and use these to further improve our services.
We want to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey, and we look forward to sharing the results with you shortly.
