At Karbon Homes, we believe in delivering the best possible service to our customers. That's why we've launched our 'Getting to Know You' campaign, aiming to collect up-to-date information about our customers and residents. This helps us make better decisions and enhance customer service and enters you into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher from a high street retailer of your choice. *Terms and conditions apply can be found below.
Why we're collecting more information
Did you know there are over 1,300 housing associations in England, providing homes for around six million people? As part of this community, we handle thousands of transactions every year, including repairs. This data, combined with what we already know about our homes — like their construction, energy rating, and age — helps us understand your needs better.
As we've grown, we've identified areas where our data could be improved. By collecting more accurate and current information, we believe we can make more informed decisions and provide better services.
How we'll do this
Over the next few months, when you log into your MyKarbon account, you'll be given the option update the information we hold on you. This will be a phased approach so you won't see this option until its your turn. So don't worry if you don't see this straight away.
Handling your data safely
We understand that data is personal and sensitive. This is why when we ask for your data, you'll also see the Getting to Know You stamp so you know it's from us.
