We've published our latest ESG Report, outlining our performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing over the last 12 months.
Here at Karbon, our Stronger Foundations Strategy is focused on providing as many good quality homes as possible, delivering excellent customer service and shaping strong, sustainable places for communities to thrive. To make this vision a reality, we’re dedicated to integrating robust environmental, social, and governance practices into every aspect of what we do.
Paul Fiddaman, Group Chief Executive at Karbon Homes, said: “It’s been another significant year for both Karbon and our region.
We’ve delivered 644 new homes within the group including some of our most environmentally efficient new homes to date.
Our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) scores show our strong performance against the sector and our stock survey programme is approaching near complete access rates, which we hope demonstrates our unwavering approach to customer safety and well-maintained properties.
Then there’s our employability scheme known as New Start which has gone from strength to strength with the backing of our local authorities.”
