Karbon Homes and Byker Community Trust formalise partnership with transfer of engagements
The ownership and management of 1,800 homes on the iconic Grade II* Listed Byker Estate in Newcastle upon Tyne has today (1 April 2021), formally been transferred into Karbon Homes housing association pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
