Before you dive in, I’ve lots of thank yous to make. As you know only too well by now, Covid-19 has slowed many things down in recent months. Despite our best efforts, reduced contact, self-isolation, extra cleaning and lack of availability of some materials has meant some things have taken a little longer than usual.
Delays can be frustrating, and we apologise if you have experienced any, but please be assured we have been working hard to get to you as soon as we can whilst maintaining a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
I'd also like to give a special thanks to those of you who were involved in workshops looking at our Karbon strategy. This included topics like our digital customer channels, personalising our service, our work in the community and the steps we're taking to be greener (see page 6). The feedback was really insightful and our refreshed strategy will be published in the coming months on our website. We look forward to sharing it with you.
