Affordable housing provider Keelman Homes is teaming up with Northern housing association Karbon Homes to provide value for money tenancy services for its current and future customers through Karbon’s cost sharing vehicle (CSV) Karbon Solutions.

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion for the transfer of ownership and management of 439 homes from South Tyneside Housing Ventures Trust (STHVT) to Karbon Homes.

With help from Karbon Homes, Mindstars NE, a mental health and wellbeing support charity in North Tyneside, has been able to transform its newly expanded offices in North Shields. 

We’re delighted to be working with Countryside Partnerships to bring a new £25m development of 100% affordable homes to the village of Cayton in Scarborough.
