We’re a finalist for Homebuilder of the Year, recognising our commitment to tackling the UK’s housing crisis with the provision high quality, affordable and environmentally sound new homes and building thriving communities around them.
We’re also in the shortlist for Supported/Sheltered housing scheme of the year, celebrating our new specialist housing schemes in South Tyneside, made up of 21 units all designed for residents with complex care needs.
And the development of SCAMP, our service charge automation and management platform which has transformed our management of service charges for nearly 10,000 homes, is up for the Digital transformation award.
