For customers who still use allpay
allpay is closing its old app and moving payments to a new app called allpayments.
If you still use allpay, you’ll need to download the new allpayments app from your app store. You can sign in with your existing allpay login details, and your information will transfer automatically.
Please note: Payments made via allpay are reflected in your rent balance by noon the next working day. For faster payments, we recommend using the MyKarbon app where you can see your updated balance straight away.
