Foundations for Life

As part of National Careers Week, Graeme Welsh, our Employment Foundations Advisor, looked to provide career inspiration of students at Newcastle College with a series of employer presentations.

On Monday 27 January, our Foundations for Life Team are putting on a Volunteering Event for Karbon customers with Job Centre Plus and Durham Community Action. 

At Karbon Homes we help you reach your potential. One of the many ways we do this is through our New Start employment programme. The programme supports social housing residents facing barriers to employment, offering personalised support and opportunities to transform their futures with career starter placements.

In the latest edition of At home with Karbon, we met up with Ayesha Adris, who recently managed to find a fantastic job opportunity through New Start.

The New Start career programme for 2024 is now open across North of Tyne.
