Group Board is responsible for directing the organisation, including our ambitions and strategies, our social purpose, focussing on managing risk, ensuring plans are robust and effective and embedding resident focus, inclusion, integrity, openness and accountability within the Group.
The Group Customer Committee is responsible for overseeing customer experience and customer engagement. The Committee ensures that customers have their voice heard; that the needs and safety of customers are at the heart of the Board’s decision making; and that the Group’s performance is monitored to strive for excellence across its services.
