121 Support

Our dedicated team of qualified Employment Advisors provide 121 and small group support to our tenants and residents across our communities.

Support is tailored and bespoke to your individual needs, goals and aspirations. The team work with you to create an action plan, and support you on your journey, wherever that may start and wherever the destination is.  

Types of support:  
  • Not currently working but hoping to start a job 
  • Looking for work to suit your caring responsibilities  
  • Looking to re-train and move into a whole new career 
  • Move up on the career ladder  
  • Land your very first job 
  • Identify training to improve your knowledge and skills 

Removing barriers to work

If work isn’t quite on your mind just yet for whatever reason, don’t worry – the team may still be able to support you. 

We know that sometimes there are other barriers in your way. Our team work hard to help break down some of those barriers with you, improving your confidence and skills so you can get ready for your next steps. 

We work with employers from across the region to identify jobs, placements, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities for our customers. We have hosted numerous job fairs and recruitment events, some in person, and some virtual when employers cover wide regions.
