We’re offering you the chance to join our new customer scrutiny bank
Scrutiny tasks customers to ‘check and challenge’ Karbon’s services, report their findings, and suggest recommendations for improvements.
The idea of creating a customer scrutiny bank will allow members to choose which activities they would like to be involved in. There will be no obligation to be part of every scrutiny exercise; you will have the opportunity to be matched with projects that interest you.
The introduction of the Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper, has placed a greater focus upon landlords to ensure that the customer voice is heard in business decision making processes. Ensuring customers take part in scrutiny activities are vital and hold us to account.
Who can apply?
Any Karbon Homes’ customer over 18.
